Celebrating 5,000 Subscribers!
On March 4th of this year, I posted my first substack essay. In it, I opened up about my mental health challenges, where they stemmed from, and how they impacted me as an adult.
It took me nearly a year before I worked up the courage to finally publish that post. The response that I received to it, and each of my subsequent posts, have made it clear that I’m on the right path.
My writing has given me a new community of 5,000+ like-minded seekers, each of us navigating our path of healing and self-actualization.
Writing has also been a great teacher. Not only do I become more clear in my thinking through the process of writing, but I gain new insights each time I interact with one of you.
Since my first article, I’ve also further clarified the purpose behind my writing.
I want to help others break free from the mind-made illusions that cause them to suffer unnecessarily and, by doing so, recreate themselves and their lives in the direction of their authentic desires and capabilities.
To each of you that has subscribed, thank you for your support. If there are specific topics or questions related to mental health that you’d like me to cover, please mention them in the comments below.
For now, enjoy my new fridge magnet!
