As for the healing power of mountains, comradery and exercise in nature - this is the reason I live in a place from where I can see the Swiss mountains every day. Just knowing that I can go there anytime I need gives me a sense of calm.

Some great lessons. Similar to what I always tell my daughter...sometimes you have to ignore others and climb your own hill in life.
