What do I write about?

I write about my personal process of transformation, and how I overcame mental illness born through childhood trauma.

Over the last decade, I’ve invested over 10,000 hours and $200,000+ to figure out how to reduce my suffering and create a more fulfilling life. My healing journey has included modern Western methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and indigenous medicines like psychedelic-assisted trauma work using naturally occurring psychedelic compounds like Ayahuasca and Magic Mushrooms. And a whole lot of other modalities and philosophies in between.

I did that while building a highly successful career in the technology industry. Now, I share research, insights, and wisdom that I collect along the way and from my discussions with various experts to help others who are similarly searching for clues to a better life.
